Trip Costs
a. Payment Plan: The total cost of your trips will be deducted on a pre-tax basis from your wages over six paychecks starting 09/30/13 and ending on 12/15/13. You can also choose to pay in-full at the time of sign-up.

b. Damages: Re-payment arrangements will be made on a case-by-case basis for damages caused by you or your guest to other’s property.

c. Guests: You are solely responsible for the per person cost of your guest(s).

d. Termination: If you are terminated prior to repaying the full cost of the trip, the balance due will be deducted from your final wages.

Rules of Conduct
a. All Ontraport sponsored trips and events are family friendly functions. As such it is important for attendees to treat each other with care and respect, conscious of how their language and actions may impact others.

b. Alcoholic beverages will be made available to attendees in accordance with local and state laws. As such management has the right to limit access to said beverages, enforce cooling off periods, and deny machinery usage at their sole discretion.
